Entry Fees per event are increased to $40.
5th Grade and up Boys may compete this season in both Breakaway and Tie Down, but national designation must be sent to the secretary by email at the time of your first entry and may not be changed for any reason after. The non-designated event entry will stand for jackpot money only. There will be no points awarded in the non-designated event and therefore no year-end prizes.
4th Grade and Under will compete only against other 4th Grade and Under Contestants and they will have a payout based on entries. Each gender are able to enter every event other than Tie Down Roping, Ribbon Roping, Team Roping, Chute Dogging- which are all closed to contestants under 5th grade.
4th Grade and under contestants will email the secretary to enter. They will not be in the entry portal. 4th Grade and entries run after the 5th Grade and up entries.
If secretary did not get transcripts at last season's state finals- those are needed!
Every 5th grade and up contestant must be a national member this season!
If your national membership documents are not complete through the portal; you are not a national member. National paid dues reference your $50 State Dues only- they do not include it. Pay your state membership via mail with your form and complete nationals membership and payment online. See Member Tab under more. Packets will be available for First rodeo in Kiln/ See secretary before rodeo and be prepared with your child's social security number to fill out a w-9 before receiving.
There will be a mandatory meeting at rodeo 1 by the concession stand at 8:30!
See the secretary at rodeo1 beginning at 7:45 in the office for your packet!
T-shirt and jacket orders need to be placed by the end of the second rodeo; will have additional order forms but many are in your packets so have them ready to turn in!
All timed events will be held at a 30 second cut off. There is a one-minute time cut off for contestants to enter the pen once they have been called. Draw will be posted the Wednesday prior to the rodeo. All points are final at the start of the first performance of state finals. There will be no contesting points after that.

The late fee is $25 through the Saturday following the enter by date. After that it is $400 (along with your fees) through the Tuesday prior to the rodeo. Draw posted Wednesday.
Contestants Must be in Dress Code for the Entire Rodeo.
Parents in the alley or around the Chute Area must be in Dress Code.
